Google Apps went down... hard

I have been having issues with my Google Domain Apps email for the past few weeks, and it seems to be increasingly worse and worse as time goes on.... but today it is just strait up failing completely, and there is no denying it either.
But my webmail login as well as my IMAP connections are completely whacked out.
Come on GApps team, get it together.
